Return Policy

1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@exovetementsclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive the return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
